Just a quick update to let you know that UnstoppableDomains.com have re-enabled $4 dot com registrations and intent to keep the promo live for 24 hours or so.
No coupon required, you can just register through the site and the discount will be applied automatically. Only a 24-hour timeframe was mentioned, no idea if there is a domain limit associated with this promo, whether at the campaign level or customer level.
